General Rules for All Returns & Warranties

  • No Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or replacements for “change of mind” or dislike of the product. NEW BOX PACKED ITEMS when unboxed will not be returned.
  • Check Compatibility: You are responsible for ensuring the product is compatible with your setup before buying. No returns if an unsealed product is incompatible.
  • Original Condition is Mandatory: For any claim, you must return the product with its original box, all accessories, and any freebies. Missing items will lead to rejection.
  • Do Not Damage the Box: Do not put tape or write directly on the product’s original packaging.
  • 10-Day Return & Replacement (For Defective or Incorrect Items) Applies only if the product is Dead on Arrival (DOA), has a manufacturing defect, or is not what you ordered.
  • You must contact us with video/photo proof within 10 days of delivery.
  • You must send the product back to us via courier.
  • We will refund your courier charges for valid claims under this policy.

Refunds 

  • Strictly No-Refund Policy: Refunds are only issued in one specific case: if your product is returned under the 10-day policy and we cannot provide a replacement because it’s out of stock.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 4-7 working days after we receive the item. 
  • Warranty Claims (After 10 Days) The warranty period for each product is listed on its product page. 
  • Shipping Costs: You pay to ship the item to us. We pay to ship the replacement back to you (for bulky items, this cost is shared 50/50). 
  • Processing Time: The standard processing time is 14 working days, but delays from the brand can extend this. 
  • Exclusions: No warranty for physically damaged, burnt, or liquid-damaged products. 

Final Decision: The brand/manufacturer has the final say in approving or rejecting a warranty claim. Logan Gaming Store reserves the final right to accept or reject any claim.
