Original Condition is Mandatory: For any claim, you must return the product with its original box, all accessories, and any freebies. Missing items will lead to rejection.

10-Day Return & Replacement (For Defective or Incorrect Items) Applies only if the product is Dead on Arrival (DOA), has a manufacturing defect, or is not what you ordered.
You must contact us with video/photo proof within 10 days of delivery.
You must send the product back to us via courier.

Approved refunds are processed within 4-7 working days after we receive the item.
Warranty Claims (After 10 Days) The warranty period for each product is listed on its product page.
Shipping Costs: You pay to ship the item to us. We pay to ship the replacement back to you (for bulky items, this cost is shared 50/50).
Processing Time: The standard processing time is 14 working days, but delays from the brand can extend this.
Exclusions: No warranty for physically damaged, burnt, or liquid-damaged products.
